R. Scott Brooks
Scott has been a residential appraiser for many years now. He started appraising after college in 1987. It seemed to come naturally considering the bachelor's degree he had just received was in Mathematics and Statistics (B.A. Anderson College, 1986). Analysis is what he enjoys.
After appraising in the Cincinnati/Dayton Ohio area for 3 years, he married and moved back to Anderson in 1990, and then resumed his appraisal career in Central Indiana in 1992. He has now completed well over 3000 Central Indiana appraisals.
My most recent experience includes many larger, upper priced homes in Hamilton, Hancock, Boone, and Madison Counties. I've appraised approximately 100 homes over the past few years valued over $500,000, and 25 homes valued above $1,000,000.
I have much experience dealing with a wide variety of homes and properties, from REO to ERC, traditional and those difficult to evaluate.
